OBJECTIVE:
Log-in to Egnyte.
SOLUTION:
Egnyte is installed automatically to devices via the Company Portal. If you do not have Egnyte installed, please see the following article on How to Install Software From the HED Company Portal.

Once installed, Egnyte can be launched from the computer system tray.
- Alternatively, search for 'Egnyte Desktop App' in the Windows Start Menu.
When the Egnyte desktop app is launched for the first time, you will be prompted to sign in. Enter your HED email address and select 'Continue'.
- Acknowledge the browser pop-up to allow the connection to the application.
- Select 'Open'. The web browser will display 'You've been successfully authenticated'.
- Ensure Egnyte has been installed successfully. In Windows File Explorer, there will be a mapped Z drive.
- Additionally, in the Egnyte app, under Manages Drives, the hed.egnyte.com drive should be 'Connected'.
